User not premium. Any changes to the server that caused this?

Azn you put the wrong server ip it says unknown host. Also sorry that i havent been on lately

Nobody stole our ip, our old server provider assigned our previous ip address to someone else who can pay for it. Austin hasn't changed the DNS because our new ip is a 25566 port.
