There are an abundance of Ban Appeals in the Generals Section, I would recommend a new forum titled Ban Appeals in order to stem the flow of topics. As the page is fairly long as it is, a Appeal Format would be also helpful.

Agreed, but Austin needs to fox the General Section. Since he added the Donation Section under the General, it's just the Donate Section.
